- Most important is for you to arrive with an Open Mind!
- Arriving Sober is also recommended
- You will come to a Private Space, and you will lay on the massage table
- You will remain Clothed
- We can do Reiki over the phone or even in a zoom call.
- I will talk with you about what we are Healing. I believe talking thru emotional energy is beneficial to the outcome of the reiki session.
- Healing the Mind & Body go Together
- I will guide you into a meditated state, while the healing is occurring
- I will play music, play recorded meditations, use tuning forks, or crystal bowls, and other sound healing tools
- While you relax and close your eyes and let the Energy Flow through you!
- You may feel sensations or emotions arising, tingling, warm or cold sensations, every person's experience is different, and this is all perfectly normal
